Originally from Council Bluffs, Iowa, Brandyn graduated from Iowa Western Community College with an AA degree in Arts & Science. She then continued her education at Kansas Wesleyan University in Salina, Kansas, where she received Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She moved to Central Florida in 1998.
Brandyn works at Florida Hospital in Health Performance Strategies as a Strategic Account Representative. She provides health and wellness programs to not only address workforce health risks and related costs, but also help to improve workforce morale, lower employee turnover and improve productivity.
She is dedicated to improving our community, serves on several boards and is involved in community outreach projects.
Tom Nestor has over 19 years of experience in residential Real Estate, with over 800 transaction sides and $70 million sales volume this far in my career. For the past 14 years he has been a Top 10 agent at Weichert, Realtors -- Hallmark Properties and has consistently been in the Top 1% of all Weichert Real Estate Affiliates in North America. In 2004 he was the top agent for units sold and in 2006 he was the number 4 agent in gross commissions earned at Weichert, Realtors -- Hallmark Properties.
In June of 2009, Tom moved to Keller Williams Advantage II Realty, an alliance that has helped to refocus my career and more ably respond to the changing real estate market. Tom serves as co-chair for the KW Cares Committee for the Waterford Market Center. KW Cares is a charity that helps Keller Williams agents in times of need. He is on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams and is one of the top 10 agents for his Market Center.
Quality service is his most important goal for all his customers. To that end he continuously attends seminars and conventions to increase his knowledge about current trends and technologies and to stay on the cutting edge in Real Estate. He is an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) and a Residential Marketing Master (RMM). Marketing on the Internet is his forte. To that end he has earned my e-certified and e-pro designations. He has also been a company trainer, teaching new agents how to succeed in Real Estate.
Tom has three awesome children: Andrew, Nicolas and Gabriel. He is also very active in the community, where he attends St. Isaac Jogues Church, is Treasurer and Past President of the Greater Orlando Business Network, a graduate of Bishop Moore High School and the University of Central Florida. Currently I am serving on the Board of Directors for BASE Camp for kids, a local charity that serves kids with cancer in the Orlando area and was that charity's Man of the Year. I am also fluent in Spanish and conduct a large amount of business in Spanish.
Alexander Hernandez is an Investment Consultant specializing in financial planning for individuals and families. He offers business owners, executives and other clients more than 14 years of investment management experience. Alexander came to SunTrust Investment Services from Prudential Preferred Financial Services, where he was Pruco Securities Registered Rep and Pruco Preferred Advisor.
Alexander's focus is advising on the development and implementation of investment strategies to help clients meet their immediate and future goals. Supported by a team of Investment Associates, he follows a disciplined process of assessing a client's financial situation, determining risk tolerance, forming and executing an appropriate investment plan, and regular portfolio rebalancing in order to obtain measurable results. He also consults on risk management, retirement planning, estate planning, and other critical financial strategies.
Alexander has earned the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. He serves on the Orange County Board of Children and Families, Walt Disney World Participants Association and is active with the West Orange and Hispanic Chamber. He is also an active member in the Central Florida YMCA. He grew up in Gainesville, Florida, where he earned a dual degree in Finance and Real Estate Analysis from the University of Florida. In his spare time, Alexander enjoys triathlons, volunteering, and spending time with his family. He and his wife Deann have five children.
Reginald B. Riley, Ph.D.
Reggie joined Orlando Health in 2011 after relocating from Atlanta, Georgia. Reggie’s healthcare career began in 1998 and includes work as an emergency room social worker, palliative care social worker, clinical care coordinator, leadership roles in social services administration and work as a private practice psychotherapist specializing in relationships and mental health/substance abuse counseling. Reggie holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling (PhD), a Master of Science in Clinical Social Work (MSW), a Master of Science in Human Services (MS) and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation (BS). Some of Reggie's research interests include: social work in non-profits and community, adventure based counseling, healthcare disparities, psychosocial factors as they relate to healthcare and educational success, social work education, mediation/conflict resolution and religion in social work.
